Welcome to RJ Computers. By accessing rjcomputers.online, registering an account, or purchasing any of our live online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

RJ Computers offers live online educational courses delivered via live interactive sessions. We do not provide self-paced recorded video modules or embedded LMS video streaming.

Live class schedules, dates, and external joining credentials (including meeting ID and passcodes) are published within the student's authenticated dashboard upon successful batch enrollment.

2. Student Account & Security

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, login email, and password. You agree not to share your dashboard credentials or class joining links with unregistered third parties. Any unauthorized sharing may lead to immediate termination of live class access without refund.

3. Live Class Code of Conduct

To preserve a professional, respectful learning atmosphere for all students and instructors, you agree to:

• Join live sessions punctually according to the scheduled batch timetable.
• Keep your microphone muted during lectures unless called upon for questions.
• Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive remarks in the live class chat or voice channels.
• Not record, screen-capture, broadcast, or redistribute live instructor lectures, proprietary practice sheets, or course materials without explicit written permission from RJ Computers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All learning materials, sample workbooks, case studies, website layouts, graphics, logos, and course content are the exclusive intellectual property of RJ Computers and Believers Capital. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, re-selling, or file distribution is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Courses provided by RJ Computers (such as Stock Market A to Z, Chart Reading, Forex Trading, Digital Marketing, and Technology programs) are designed solely for educational and skill-enhancement purposes.

RJ Computers does NOT provide financial advisory, stock tipping, guaranteed income claims, or guaranteed job placements. Students must exercise personal discretion and due diligence before making real-world financial or business investments.

6. Limitation of Liability

RJ Computers and Believers Capital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet connection failures on the student's end, local hardware malfunction, or inability to attend scheduled sessions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
